


Dr. Nikita Hari is an Engineering Academic, Scientist and Entrepreneur. She holds a doctorate in Engineering from University of Cambridge and a Post Doctoral Fellowship from University of Oxford.
Dr. Hari was a Gold Medalist for both her masters and undergraduate degree in Engineering. She has had bridged careers in academia and industry for a decade with 25 international research papers and 60 engineering keynotes to her credit.
Listed in the ‘Top 50 Women in Engineering in UK’ in 2017, Dr. Hari has been recognized globally for her initiatives to support and promote youngsters especially girls into STEM, research and entrepreneurship.
An invited Global Ambassador for the Queen Elizabeth Prize for Engineering, TEDx Speaker for Cambridge University, Clinton Global Initiative Changemaker Class 2018 and a Finalist for ‘IET Young Women Engineer’ are her notable achievements.
A consultative member of the scientific advisory board for Govts, she is a regularly invited specialist for engineering education policy in Indian and UK universities and initiatives.
The Co-founder of two edtech start-ups ‘Wudi’ & ‘Favalley’, her vision is to provide a platform through her initiatives for youngsters to engineer positive change in society.
Nikita is currently using her education, experience and expertise to influence science and engineering diplomacy and policy.
